The Point Gold Membership Programme Terms and Conditions
  1. The Point Gold Membership Programme
    1. The Point VIP Membership Programme has officially renamed to The Point Gold Membership Programme in June 2025 . Those who have become The Point Gold members are as follows:
      1. Members who become The Point Golds due to the 2024 Selected The Point Gold Membership Programme on or before January 6, 2025.
      2. Members who accumulate spending of HK$100,000 in 2024, as well as members who accumulate spending of HK$100,000 between January 1, 2025, and January 5, 2025, will have their The Point Gold membership effective from January 6, 2025, and valid until January 31, 2026.
      3. When the The Point Gold membership programme is launched on January 6, 2025, the membership status and accumulated spending will be based on the following provisions:
      4. Registered as The Point member on or before December 31, 2024:
        If the accumulated spending in 2024 is less than HK$100,000, the members will maintain regular membership status. The accumulation period for upgrading to The Point Gold will restart on January 1, 2025, and members can upgrade to The Point Gold by accumulating spending of HK$100,000 within 12 months.
      5. Registered as The Point member on or after January 1, 2025:
        1. Their membership will be regular members, and they can upgrade to The Point Gold by accumulating spending of HK$100,000 within 12 months. The 12-month accumulation period is as follows:
        2. If the membership registration date is the 1st of any month, the 12-month accumulation period will start from the month of registration and continue until the last day of the 12th month. For example, if the registration date is February 1, 2025, the accumulation period will be from the registration date until January 31, 2026.
        3. If the registration date is not the 1st of that month, the 12-month accumulation period will start from the month of registration and continue until the last day of the same month in the following year. For example, if registered as The Point member from February 2 to 28, 2025, the accumulation period will be from the registration date until February 28, 2026.
  2. Membership Levels
    1. The Point membership programme consists of two tiers: regular and The Point Gold members. Regular members can upgrade to The Point Gold status by accumulating HK$100,000 in electronic payments within a 12-month period.
  3. The Point Gold Membership Qualifications
    1. Upgrade Requirements
      1. The The Point Gold membership of regular members who accumulate HK$100,000 in spending within the designated 12-month period will be effective from the 1st of the next month. If the accumulated spending reaches HK$50,000 within the 12-month period, they will receive exclusive privileges from the 1st of the next month.
      2. If a regular member has already accumulated spending exceeding the HK$100,000 required to upgrade to The Point Gold membership, and their The Point Gold membership has not yet become effective, the remaining balance of their spending before the The Point Gold membership takes effect will not be counted towards the accumulated spending for The Point Gold renewal and they will not receive an extra 0.5X points reward. After upgrading to The Point Gold membership, the previous accumulated spending will be recalculated for another 12 months. (For example, if a regular member has accumulated spending of HK$100,000 by May 15, 2025 and the The Point Gold membership level will be effective on June 1, 2025, the spending from May 15 to May 31, 2025 will not be counted towards the accumulated spending for The Point Gold renewal, and they will not receive the extra 0.5X points reward.)
      3. If a regular member fails to meet the upgrade requirements within the designated 12-month period, the previous accumulated spending will be reset to zero and recalculated for the next 12 months.
    2. The Point Gold Membership
      1. The validity period of The Point Gold membership refers to the 12 months starting from the effective date of the membership. (For example, if the cumulative spending amount reaches HK$100,000 by May 31, 2025, the effective date of The Point Gold membership will be June 1, 2025 and it will be valid until May 31, 2026.)
      2. If the cumulative spending amount reaches HK$100,000 during the validity period of the The Point Gold membership, the The Point Gold membership will be automatically extended after the membership expiration date, with the new validity period being 12 months. (For example, if the cumulative spending amount reaches HK$100,000 by May 31, 2026, the renewal effective date will be June 1, 2026, valid until May 31, 2027, and so on.)
      3. Conversely, if the cumulative spending amount does not reach HK$100,000 during the validity period of the The Point Gold membership, the The Point Gold membership will not be extended after the expiration date. The cumulative spending to upgrade to The Point Gold will reset to zero and will be recalculated in the next 12 months.
    3. Membership upgrades and downgrades are determined based on cumulative spending and are automatically processed by the system. Members qualifying for an upgrade to The Point Gold status and those who do not qualify for renewal will be handled automatically, without the option of manual selection.
    4. Spending progress will be updated in the member account within The Point app the next day after successful point registration. All calculations will adhere to The Point system, encompassing membership status, cumulative spending amount, membership validity dates and consumption registration/approval dates.
  4. Membership Privileges

    The Point Gold members are entitled to exclusive privileges during the validity period of their The Point Gold membership. For detailed information on The Point Gold membership privileges, please refer to terms 4.1 to 5. Membership privileges are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services. The Point reserves the right to change The Point Gold member privileges and related terms at any time without prior notice.

    1. 1.5X Points Reward
      1. The Point Gold members can earn points by using electronic payment at participating merchants within SHKP Malls. For every HK$1 spent, members will earn 1.5 points (1X basic points and an extra 0.5X points as “The Point Gold Member Spending Points”). During the validity period of the The Point Gold membership, the maximum limit is 250,000 extra points, equivalent to 1,000 Point Dollars.
    2. Birthday Privilege
      1. The Point Gold members who spend and successfully register points during their birthday month (must match the month on their identification document) can enjoy up to 2X points (including the basic 1X basic points, an extra 0.5X birthday points and an extra 0.5X The Point Gold Member Spending Points).
      2. The basic 1X points and the extra 0.5X The Point Gold Member Spending Points will be automatically credited upon successful point registration. The extra 0.5X birthday points will be automatically credited to the member’s account on the last day of the following month. Each member can earn a maximum of 60,000 extra birthday points per year, equivalent to 240 Point Dollars, subject to the terms and conditions of the birthday bonus points reward.
    3. Extra 1-Hour of Free Parking
      1. The Point Gold members can enjoy an extra hour of free parking when redeeming free parking offers. Regular members, upon accumulating a total spending of HK$50,000, will start receiving 5 additional 1-hour free parking vouchers (“Parking Vouchers”) as a one time reward from the 1st of the following month. These vouchers will be automatically credited to the member’s account within 5 working days and are valid for 3 months. Members can check their vouchers in the “My Rewards & Coupons” section of The Point app, and expired vouchers will not be reissued.
      2. Redemption Method:
        The Point Gold Members
        The Point Gold members must first register for the Contactless Parking service through the mobile app and spend a specified amount at designated SHKP Malls. Members must then visit the Customer Service Centre of the designated mall to present their The Point Gold membership, the The Point Gold animated parking status page and a valid receipt to enjoy an extra hour of free parking.
        Members who have accumulated spending of HK$50,000
        The member must first register for the contactless parking service through the mobile app and then spend the specified amount at designated SHKP Malls. After that, they should visit the Customer Service Centre of the designated mall and present the parking vouchers and a valid receipt to enjoy an extra hour of free parking. Once the parking voucher is confirmed for use, it will be deducted from the member’s account immediately, and changes or cancellations will not be accepted.
      3. The parking benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash-equivalent vouchers.
      4. The Extra 1-Hour of Free Parking offer is applicable to the 21 designated SHKP Participating Malls where the Promotion is applicable are subject to change without prior notice.
      5. The spending requirement to redeem the extra hour of parking is only applicable to The Point Gold members. The actual spending amount and the maximum extra hours available for redemption are subject to the regulations of the participating mall on the day. For details about the benefits, please enquire at the mall’s Customer Service Centre.
      6. The maximum free parking hours that can be redeemed at SHKP Malls varies by mall; please refer to the mall in question’s website.
      7. Note: some The Point participating malls, including Pok Fu Lam Chi Fu Landmark, Tuen Mun K-Point, Chai Wan New Jade Shopping Arcade, Yuen Long Plaza and GO PARK Sai Sha, do not offer free parking benefits.

    4. EV Super Charging Voucher
      1. Regular members, upon accumulating a total spending of HK$50,000, will start receiving 5 EV super charging vouchers (“EV Charging Vouchers”) as a one-time reward from the 1st of the following month. These vouchers will be automatically credited to the member’s account within 5 working days and are valid for 3 months. Expired vouchers will not be reissued.
      2. Each EV Charging Voucher can be redeemed for one electric vehicle charging session, with charging time calculated in 15-minute increments.
      3. Redemption Method: Regular members/The Point Gold members must redeem the vouchers in the EV Super Charging Service page in the app. When selecting the payment method, click “Click here to view your charging vouchers”, then select and redeem the charging vouchers, then click “Confirm to Redeem” to use the EV Charging Voucher. The total charging fee will be deducted based on the number of charging increments used.
      4. Once the redemption of the EV Charging Voucher is confirmed, it will be immediately deducted from the member’s account, and changes or cancellations will not be accepted.
      5. EV Charging Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash-equivalent vouchers.
    5. Unlimited Free Redemption of Super Charging for Electric Vehicles with Points
      1. The Point Gold members can enjoy unlimited redemption of super charging for electric vehicles using points.
      2. Each member can use the EV charging service only once per day at the same participating mall or building. Charging time is calculated in 15-minute increments and a single charging session may consist of one or multiple consecutive increments. Members can redeem a maximum number of charging increments based on the following time slots: 10:00 AM to 9:59 PM – up to 2 increments, for a total of 30 minutes; 10:00 PM to 9:59 AM the next day – up to 3 increments, for a total of 45 minutes.

      4. This service is subject to the terms and conditions of the electric vehicle supercharging service. For details, please refer to www.thepoint.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions.html.  
    6. Free Reservation for EV Super Charging
      1. Reservations for the EV super charging service (“Charging Reservation Service”) are exclusively available to The Point Gold members.
      2. The Charging Reservation Service is only applicable to the designated malls that offer EV super charging service through the app, and the list of these malls may change at any time without prior notice.
      3. The Point Gold members can only hold one reservation at a time, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
      4. Each charging reservation must consist of 2 sessions, totalling 30 minutes.
      5. The system requires a charge equivalent to 2 sessions to confirm the booking, and no additional reservation fee is needed.
      6. The Charging Reservation Service is only applicable during the operating hours of participating malls from Monday to Friday, and not on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
      7. The Point Gold members can only make reservations using the licence plate number registered under their membership. 
      8. During the reservation process, The Point Gold members select one licence plate number registered under their membership, which will be displayed on the reserved parking space.
      9. By using the charging reservation service, The Point Gold members explicitly agree to grant The Point, Sun Hung Kai Properties and participating malls the right to transmit their member number, mobile number and licence plate number to third-party operators. The Point and its designated partners will use and process members’ personal data according to their respective privacy policies and personal data collection statements.
      10. Once confirmed, reservations can only be modified or cancelled once within 2 hours before the scheduled time.
      11. All Charging Reservation Services can be held for a maximum of 10 minutes. Late arrivals will result in the cancellation of the reserved time, and no refunds will be provided for unused time.
      12. The Point Gold members may not extend the reserved charging time.
      13. If a technical issue occurs at the charging station, The Point Gold members should immediately notify the mall staff for assistance.
      14. This reservation service is an extension of the existing The Point Electric Vehicle Fast Charging Service and is subject to the terms and conditions of the existing The Point Electric Vehicle Fast Charging Service.
      15. By choosing to use the charging reservation service, The Point Gold members acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all risks and consequences arising from the use of electric vehicle charging reservation, and shall not seek any compensation from The Point, Sun Hung Kai Properties or participating malls.
    7. YATA GOLD Membership
      1. The Point Gold Members
        The Point members who bind their membership with YATA will automatically become a  YATA GOLD members, enjoying YATA GOLD membership benefits for a validity period of 12 months. The validity date of YATA GOLD membership will be based on the YATA App.
        Members with Accumulated Spending of HK$50,000
        The Point members who accumulate spending of HK$50,000 and bind their membership with YATA will automatically become YATA GOLD members in the month following their spending achievement, enjoying YATA GOLD membership benefits for a validity period of 12 months. The validity date of YATA GOLD membership will be based on the YATA App.
      2. Eligible members can enjoy YATA GOLD membership only once within a 12-month period. In other words, once a member accumulates spending of HK$50,000 or more and the YATA GOLD membership takes effect, they will not have the YATA GOLD membership extended due to an upgrade, even if they later accumulate spending of HK$100,000 to become a The Point Gold.
      3. The registered phone number for the YATA app account must match the registered phone number for The Point member account.
      4. Eligible The Point members can only enjoy YATA GOLD benefits after the YATA GOLD membership takes effect. Membership status will be displayed in the YATA mobile application.

    8. Go Royal Gold Premium Membership
      1. Complimentary 12-month Go Royal Gold Premium Membership will be activated if The Point Gold membership is upgraded on or after February 1, 2025 with successful registration of Go Royal membership; or if The Point Gold membership is upgraded on or before January 1, 2025 with successful registration of Go Royal membership between December 1, 2024 and January 14, 2025.
        1. Terms and conditions of “Complimentary 12-month Go Royal Gold Premium Membership”: The Point Gold member can enjoy a complimentary 12-month Go Royal Gold Premium Membership. It includes exclusive dining discounts of up to 20% at Royal hotels; member-exclusive rates when booking rooms through Go Royal or hotels’ official booking channels; over HK$3,000 worth of dining vouchers for featured Royal Hotels restaurants; and birthday privilege including a complimentary birthday cake or a bottle of house wine.
        2. The Point Gold members are required to register as Go Royal members to enjoy Complimentary 12-month Go Royal Gold Premium Membership, which will be activated from February 16, 2025. Complimentary 12-month Go Royal Gold Premium Membership will be activated on the 16th of the next month upon the successful registration of Go Royal membership by the last day of each month. If a The Point Gold member is already an existing Go Royal member, his or her Go Royal Complimentary 12-month Go Royal Gold Premium Membership will be activated on the 16th of the month upon becoming The Point Gold member (Since such Membership will be activated since February 16, 2025, even though The Point Gold members successfully registered Go Royal membership within December, 2024, such Membership will be activated starting from February 16, 2025, and it will expire on February 15, 2026).
        3. For The Point Gold members who upgraded on or before January 1, 2025: the registration deadline for Go Royal membership is January 14, 2025. For those who register as Go Royal members during the period from December 1, 2024 to January 14, 2025, the Go Royal Complimentary 12-month Gold Premium Membership will be activated on February 16, 2025. Such Gold Premium Membership will be deactivated on February 15, 2026. If the Go Royal membership registration is completed on or after January 15, 2025, the Complimentary 12-month Go Royal Gold Premium Membership shall be forfeited and no replacement will be allowed.
        4. For The Point Gold members who upgrade on or after February 1, 2025: the registration deadline for Go Royal membership is January 14, 2026. For those who register as Go Royal members during the period from January 1, 2026 to January 14, 2026, the Go Royal Complimentary 12-month Gold Premium Membership will be activated on January 27, 2026. Such Gold Premium Membership will be deactivated on January 26, 2027. If the Go Royal membership registration is completed on or after January 15, 2026, the Complimentary 12-month Go Royal Gold Premium Membership shall be forfeited and no replacement will be allowed.
        5. Complimentary 12-month Go Royal Gold Premium Membership offers room booking discounts, dining discounts, one (1) birthday delights voucher and thirteen (13) dining vouchers. For details regarding the room booking and dining discounts, please refer to the Go Royal App, WeChat Mini Programme or website.
        6. The birthday delights voucher is for a complimentary birthday cake (1lb) or a bottle of selected house wine with dinner at one of the participating restaurants during the member’s birth month, or one month before or after it. Designated flavour only. Minimum 4 guests required for Shikigiku Japanese Restaurant (ifc mall, Hong Kong) and Sabatini Ristorante Italiano (ifc mall, Hong Kong); minimum 2 guests for other participating restaurants. Birthday delights vouchers are not applicable at Asian Delights by The Royal Garden.
        7. Members are required to complete the designated spending requirements at designated hotel restaurants to enjoy the Dining vouchers. The Dining vouchers are The Royal Garden: “Complimentary Dessert - Grand Marnier Soufflé (Two serves)”, “Complimentary Dessert - Steamed Egg White with Peach Gum and Milk in Coconut Shell (2 bowls)”, “Complimentary Dessert - Almond Sweetened Soup with Egg White (two bowls)”, “Complimentary draught beer (two glasses)”, “Complimentary Crêpes Suzette (one serve)”, “A Complimentary bottle of Selected House Red/ White Wine”, two “Complimentary Corkage (one bottle)”, Royal Park Hotel: “A Complimentary bottle of Selected House Wine”, “Royal Plaza Hotel: “Complimentary dish - Pork Loin, Barbecued (Regular) (1 portion)”, “A Complimentary bottle of Selected House Wine”, ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL: “A Complimentary bottle of Selected House Wine” & “Complimentary dish - Signature Barbecued Mangalica Pork (one serve)“.
        8. Dining discounts and dining vouchers can be used at the same time, and must be used together with a valid Go Royal Gold Premium Membership.
        9. Dining discounts and bonus vouchers are not applicable to blackout dates, including 2 days before Chinese New Year, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd days of Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and its eve, Mid-Autumn Festival and its eve, as well as December 20 and 21. At Royal Park Hotel, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal View Hotel and ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL, December 19 is also a blackout date. At The Royal Garden, Father’s Day and the day before and December 22-26 and 31 are also blackout dates. At The Royal Garden – Fine Foods Shop, additional blackout dates include January 1, January 9-26, September 27-October 4, and December 10-19 and 27-30. Blackout dates may vary every year. Please check with individual hotels for details.
        10. Bonus vouchers are not refundable nor transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
        11. The use of the bonus vouchers is subject to terms and conditions. Members may go to the “My Rewards” page in the Go Royal App or Go Royal WeChat Mini Programme to read the terms and conditions and use the bonus vouchers.
        12. Go Royal members must book rooms through the “Qualifying Room Reservation Channels”, meaning Go Royal or participating hotels’ official booking channels, to enjoy room booking discounts.
        13. If the participant is an existing Go Royal Gold member, his/her Complimentary 12-month Go Royal Gold Premium Membership will be extended for 1 year upon the expiration of his or her existing Go Royal Gold membership.
        14. Bonus vouchers included in the Complimentary 12-month Go Royal Gold Premium Membership will expire after the experience period without prior notice and membership will be automatically reclassified to Purple membership. All existing points will remain in the account. Members can continue enjoying the privileges of Gold membership by paying the membership fee.
        15. Complimentary 12-month Go Royal Gold Premium Membership is available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
        16. Complimentary 12-month Go Royal Gold Premium Membership is subject to these terms and conditions. Go Royal may change, modify, add or remove any of these terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.       2. Go Royal Complimentary 6-Month Gold Membership Experience will be activated if The Point Gold membership is upgraded on or before December 1, 2024 and the member successfully registers for Go Royal membership on or before November 30, 2024.
        1. Terms and Condition of “Go Royal Complimentary 6-Month Gold Membership Experience”: this allows members to enjoy up to 20% hotel dining discounts and member-exclusive rates by booking rooms through Go Royal or participating hotels’ official booking channels, as well as 3 additional bonus vouchers, for two complimentary breakfasts, a complimentary appetiser and two complimentary glasses of house wine.
        2. The Point selected The Point Gold members are required to register as Go Royal members in order to enjoy the 6-Month Gold Membership Experience. The Go Royal Complimentary 6-Month Gold Membership Experience will be activated on the 16th of the next month upon the successful registration of Go Royal membership on or before the last day of each month. If a The Point selected The Point Gold member is already an existing Go Royal member, his or her Go Royal Complimentary 6-Month Gold Membership Experience will be activated on the 16th of the month upon becoming a The Point selected The Point Gold member. 
        3. The registration deadline for Go Royal membership is November 30, 2024. For The Point Gold members who successfully register for Go Royal membership, the Go Royal Complimentary 6-Month Gold Membership Experience will be activated on December 16, 2024. Such Gold Membership Experiences will be deactivated on June 15, 2025.
        4. The Go Royal Complimentary 6-Month Gold Membership Experience offers room booking discounts, dining discounts and 3 bonus vouchers. For the details regarding the room booking discounts and dining discounts, please refer to the Go Royal App, WeChat Mini Programme or website.
        5. Members are required to complete the designated spending requirements at designated hotel restaurants to enjoy the bonus vouchers. Bonus vouchers are "Two Glasses of House Wine: two glasses of house wine for any dinner patronage at any participating restaurant", "Complimentary Appetizer: one free selected appetizer when dine-in at any participating Chinese restaurant for dinner from Monday to Thursday" and  "Two Complimentary Breakfasts: two complimentary breakfasts for any qualified room booking at participating hotel".
        6. Dining discounts and bonus vouchers can be used at the same time, and must be used together with a valid Go Royal Complimentary 6-Month Gold Membership Experience.
        7. Dining discounts and bonus vouchers are not applicable to blackout dates, including 2 days before Chinese New Year, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th days of Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and its eve, Father’s Day and its eve, Mid-Autumn Festival and its eve, and December 20-25 and 31. At The Royal Garden – Fine Foods Shop, January 1 and 21, February 17, September 8-15 and December and 10-19 and 27-30 are also blackout dates.         12. Bonus vouchers included in the Complimentary 6-Month Gold Membership Experience will expire after the experience period without prior notice and membership will be automatically reclassified to Purple membership. All existing points will remain in the account. Members can continue enjoying the privileges of Gold membership by paying the membership fee.
        13. Go Royal Complimentary 6-Month Gold Membership Experience is available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
        14. Go Royal Complimentary 6-Month Gold Membership Experience is subject to these terms and conditions. Go Royal may change, modify, add or remove any of these terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.         15. Member's Go Royal membership, privileges and discount vouchers are subject to the validity as stated in Go Royal App.
        16. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
    9. SmarTone Plus PriorityPlus Premium Membership Benefits
      1. From 23 June 2025 (to such other date as SmarTone Plus otherwise specifies) (both days inclusive), The Point Gold members who bind their membership with SmarTone Plus will become a SmarTone Plus PriorityPlus™ Premium members, enjoying SmarTone Plus PriorityPlus™ Premium membership benefits.
      2. The binding SmarTone Plus phone number must match the registered phone number for The Point member account.
      3. Eligible The Point members can only enjoy SmarTone Plus PriorityPlus™ Premium benefits after this SmarTone Plus PriorityPlus™ Premium membership takes effect. Membership status will be displayed in the SmarTone CARE App.
      4. To become SmarTone Plus PriorityPlus™ Premium members, the binding SmarTone Plus membership The Point member must be an existing individual person who registered a designated mobile service and the Service account is in good standing with SmarTone or a company of the SmarTone Group which provide the relevant Service(s) throughout the term of the Service.
      5. This SmarTone Plus PriorityPlus™ Premium membership takes effect within one week from the start date of The Point Gold membership and ends within one week from the expiration date of The Point Gold membership. The validity date of this SmarTone Plus PriorityPlus™ Premium membership will be based on the SmarTone CARE App. After this SmarTone Plus PriorityPlus™ Premium membership expired, SmarTone Plus members will continue his/her original SmarTone Plus membership with the original expiry date.
      6. For any reason which causes termination of The Point Gold membership before its expiry date, this SmarTone Plus PriorityPlus™ Premium membership will be terminated at the same time and the corresponding Member Benefits will be forfeited immediately.
      7. This SmarTone Plus PriorityPlus™ Premium membership cannot be transferred to any of account of SmarTone Service Plan.
      8. In the event that a SmarTone Plus Member cancels this SmarTone Plus PriorityPlus™ Premium membership, the corresponding member benefits will be forfeited immediately.
      9. The offer is subject to availability. SmarTone Plus PriorityPlus™ Premium membership and its exclusive benefits are subject to terms and conditions.       10. SmarTone Plus reserve the right to suspend or terminate any SmarTone Plus member’s entitlement to the offer without notice if (a) it is in the opinion of SmarTone Plus providing the offer would cause it to be in breach of any applicable law, requirement of any competent authority or internal policy; (b) the SmarTone Plus member’s mobile service with SmarTone has been suspended or otherwise terminated; (c) SmarTone or SmarTone Plus discovers or reasonably suspects that the SmarTone Plus member might have participated in any illegal, fraudulent, suspicious, deceptive, abusive or unfair behaviours or otherwise breaching the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus or applicable laws and regulations.
      11. In case of any dispute related to this offer or these terms and conditions, SmarTone Plus and Service Provider reserve the final decision.
      12. In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
      13. “SmarTone Plus” refers to S Rewards Limited. “SmarTone” refers to SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited.
    10. The Point Gold Lounge
      1. The Point Gold Members are entitled to use and enjoy the facilities provided in The Point Gold VIP Lounge (hereinafter called “The Lounge”). The Lounge will be fully managed by New Town Plaza (hereinafter called "The Mall").
      2. The Point Gold Members can access The Lounge once per month using the entry pass during their membership period. Any unused quota will not be carried forward. Members can also redeem one entry to The Lounge on the same day with a spending amount of HK$5,000 or more (only receipts from “Instant Point Earn” participating merchants are accepted, with a maximum of two different merchant receipts and a minimum spending of HK$100 each).
      3. Each The Point Gold Member is eligible and restricted to bring a maximum of one guest (hereinafter called “Guest”) for every visit to the Lounge. The Guest must be accompanied by the Member at all times inside the Lounge.
      4. The opening hours of the Lounge is from 10am to 8pm daily. The areas and opening hours of the Lounge may be adjusted or closed for the reasons of undergoing routine maintenance, repairs works or holding events without prior notice. Areas of the Lounge may be reserved from time to time for holding an event which the members and guests may be excluded unless specifically invited.
      5. The Mall reserves the right to suspend access to the lounge or any part of it for any reasons at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
      6. The mall reserves the right to limit the number of members entering or using the facilities in The Lounge based on the flow of visitors, especially during peak periods. During peak hours, members may stay for a maximum of 90 minutes, and staff may ask members to leave who exceed this limit.
      7. The Mall reserves all right to the Lounge, including (but not limited to) the right to allow any person to enter or to restrict any member’s and guest's use of the lounge and its facilities.
      8. Members are required to present his/her e-Membership Card, and a valid identification document for verification before entering into and using the Lounge.
      9. The Mall may impose rules and regulations for the Lounge. All members and Guests should abide by such rules and regulations.
      10. The Mall reserves all rights to amend the rules and regulations applicable to the Lounge and facilities from time to time as it determines appropriate in its sole discretion.
      11. The Lounge is only for Gold member to undertake Spending Registration and Membership Privileges redemption.
      12. Storage service will be made available for eligible guests entering the Lounge. To enjoy the service, members are required to fill in and confirm an indemnity form as provided at the Lounge prior the check-in of the intended item. A ticket will then be issued with each check-in item upon member’s signing of the indemnity form. Checked-in items will only be returned to the member upon presentation of a valid ticket. Item(s) shall not be left in the storage area overnight. Where an item is not collected before the Lounge closes, the item will be stored overnight and a service charge of HK$100 per item will be incurred for each day the item remains stored. Such service charge shall be paid upon collecting the item(s). Other terms and conditions apply, please refer to the indemnity form for details.
      13. Members are responsible to take and keep all valuable belongings from the check-in item and The Mall shall not be liable for any losses, costs and damages.
      14. Storage service is to be made available on a first-come first-served basis while check-in space is still available. Members are responsible to take the checked-in item with them upon leaving the Lounge.
      15. Taking photographs or video recording in the Lounge is not allowed without prior approval from The Mall.
      16. Dogs or other pets (with the exception of those assisting persons with disabilities) would not be permitted in the Lounge.
      17. Food and beverage, product made available in the Lounge must not be taken away from the Lounge. No external or self-brought food and drinks would be allowed in Lounge.
      18. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Lounge, except during designated special promotional events. Consumption of alcoholic beverages in the Lounge is prohibited without The Mall’s permission. The Mall reserves the right to deny entry to any individuals who are suspected of being intoxicated.
      19. The Lounge is solely for the business of “The Point Gold”. Private business activities or functions of members and Guests are not permitted inside the Lounge without prior approval of the The Mall.
      20. The Mall has the right to require anyone whose behaviour may (in The Mall’s opinion) endanger or cause nuisance or inconvenience to other members or Guests, or cause damage to any property of The Lounge to leave the Lounge.
      21. Commercial advertisements shall not be posted or circulated in the Lounge nor shall solicitations of any kind be made on the Lounge without the prior approval of the The Mall.
      22. If it is determined and confirmed that any properties in the Lounge were being damaged or lost by the member or guest, the member or guest shall bear all the responsibility and compensate the full market value of the properties.
      23. The staff of the Lounge will have full authority to enforce these Terms and Conditions. Any infringement or violation of or by members and Guests will be reported to the The Mall.
      24. The Mall shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to properties and belongings that are not properly stored, nor for any accidents or injuries occurring in The Lounge. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of the The Mall or any of its service providers, agents, or contractors.
      25. When Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above, an “Extreme Condition” announcement or a black rainstorm warning signal is issued, The Point Gold Lounge will temporarily close. If the Signal No. 8 or above is canceled or downgraded to the Signal No. 3 or lower, or if the “Extreme Condition” announcement or the black rainstorm warning signal is lifted, and there are still 3 hours or more until the scheduled closing time of The Point Gold Lounge, the lounge will reopen within 2 hours if conditions permit. However, if there are less than 3 hours remaining until closing time, The Point Gold Lounge will not reopen for the day.
      26. These Terms and Conditions, along with any other rules and regulations of the Lounge, may be added to or varied from time to time at the discretion of the The Mall. In the event of disputes, the The Mall reserves the right to make the final decision
    11. VIPet Lounge @ Harbour North – Exclusive Party Booking Privileges
      1. The Point Gold Members must complete and submit the online booking form (the “Form”) at least 30 days before the event. Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings by phone call or other methods are not accepted.
      2. The party booking privilege is exclusively for pet owners who are The Point Gold members themselves, with the venue available for use for 3 hours. The Point Gold member must arrive at the event venue on the day in-person to register and participate.
      3. The party booking privilege includes: 3 hours use of event venue, discounted price for ordering the party catering service package (provided by partner merchants), 5 hours of free parking (valid only on the event day), 10 instant photos taken by a designated person, and a VIP gift package worth HK$800 (including a pet snack/toy worth HK$100, HK$400 in e-Vouchers from Harbour North merchants, and 3 HK$100 Harbour North Designated Retail Merchants eCoupons).
      4. Members must select a “Catering Service Package” (provided by partner merchants) when submitting the Form. The minimum spend on each Catering Service Package is HK$1,500.
      5. Within 14 days of successfully submitting the Form, members must email the Harbour North Promotions Department (harbournorthhk@gmail.com) the following: (a) spending receipts totalling HK$5,000 together with the relevant electronic payment slips (a combination of up to 4 receipts issued by different “Instant Point Earn” retail merchants at Harbour North), and (b) the payment receipt for the Catering Service Package issued by the partner merchant. If a member fails to provide the required receipts within the specified period, the mall may reject the venue booking application without further notice. Members should retain all receipts for verification. Upon receiving and verifying items (a) and (b), the mall will notify the member via phone and email to confirm the venue booking application.
      6. The person making the purchases and redeeming the event benefits must be the same The Point Gold member.
      7. Each set of eligible receipts can only be used once for this promotion and/or to register The Point by SHKP bonus points at the participating Instant Point Earn merchants. Receipts cannot be used in conjunction with other mall promotions (except the free parking offer).
      8. The Catering Service Package contents cannot be altered. Food is provided by the merchant; please ask restaurant staff at the time of payment with any enquiries about the selected menu or food allergies. Some menus include fresh food for pets; members should consider whether it is suitable for their pets. Please contact the restaurant in advance if you have any questions about the contents of the food. Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited and Harbour North are not food or service providers and will not bear any responsibility for related transactions, food or services.
      9. Maximum 10 people and 5 pets per booking. Exceeding this limit may result in rejection by the mall without notice.
      10. The venue only provides existing equipment and recreational facilities. No decorations or commercial activities are allowed.
      11. Please keep the venue clean. All rubbish and debris must be cleared before leaving. If the venue or any of its facilities are damaged or lost after the event, the mall reserves the right to charge cleaning or repair fees, determined by an inspection of the extent of the damage.
      12. Smoking, intoxication, fighting and any illegal or inappropriate activities are prohibited in the venue.
      13. Please be aware of your own safety and that of your pets during the event. Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited and Harbour North will not be liable for any compensation or legal responsibility for accidents or injuries during the event.
      14. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is (or will be) in effect, you may notify the Harbour North Promotions Department and the restaurant by phone or email 4 hours before the event to reschedule the booking. No cancellations or compensation will be arranged for other weather conditions, traffic issues or absences for personal reasons.

    12. TOWNPLACE Clubhouse Booking
      1. The Point Gold members must contact TOWNPLACE WEST KOWLOON directly through the TOWNPLACE benefits page in The Point App by clicking "Book Now" and providing their membership number to reserve facilities.
      2. Since The Point cannot determine the reservation status at TOWNPLACE WEST KOWLOON, members need to inquire directly with TOWNPLACE WEST KOWLOON for confirmation.
      3. Payment must be completed to finalize the reservation process. Once confirmed, no refunds or changes to the reservation date are allowed.
      4. If members successfully reserve facilities, they must comply with TOWNPLACE WEST KOWLOON's venue usage policies.
      5. If members successfully reserve facilities and plan to bring pets, they must adhere to TOWNPLACE WEST KOWLOON's pet policy.
      6. Reservations must be used by the The Point Gold members themselves and cannot be transferred to others. TOWNPLACE will verify the member's identity on the day of the visit, including checking the membership status in The Point App.
      7. Facility usage is subject to TOWNPLACE WEST KOWLOON's venue rules and opening hours. Any inquiries regarding facility usage will be governed by TOWNPLACE WEST KOWLOON's policies.
    13. Priority Queue at Selected Restaurants
      1. The Point Gold members can enjoy priority queuing service at designated restaurants. Members must obtain a priority queuing ticket via The Point mobile app and present it upon arrival at the restaurant to use this service.
      2. Availability is subject to restaurant capacity and may be limited during peak hours or special events.
      3. The list of participating restaurants for this service may change and is updated regularly. Members should check The Point app for the latest info.
  5. The Point Gold Member Rewards and Other Privileges
    1. The Point Gold members can enjoy priority counter lane services at designated malls, where exclusive queuing channels are provided to enhance the member experience. For details of the services, please refer to the relevant privilege content within The Point app. In special circumstances (including but not limited to managing peak mall traffic, special holidays, or event arrangements), malls reserve the right to adjust services (including suspending or terminating the priority lane) and shall not be liable for adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances. Malls may, at their discretion, notify members of arrangements, though this is not a mandatory requirement.The Point Gold members can redeem exclusive rewards, including The Point Gold exclusive rewards and surprise privileges, within The Point app.
    2. Rewards are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come-first-served basis
    3. The redemption period and collection locations of different rewards vary. Please carefully review the details, terms and conditions of each reward before redemption.
    4. Rewards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.

  6. Accumulated Spending Amount Calculation
    1. The accumulated spending amount for upgrades/renewals will be calculated based on successful point registration up to the last day of the current month.
    2. The accumulated spending amount is calculated over a continuous 12-month period, with the spending amount calculation date based on the month in which points are earned.

  7. Points Reward Calculation
    1. The Point Gold members can earn points by using electronic payment for purchases at participating merchants within SHKP Malls. For every HK$1 spent, members earn 1.5 points (1X basic points and an extra 0.5X points).
    2. The Point Gold members cannot earn an extra 0.5X The Point Gold spending points at YATA Supermarkets or SmarTone stores in non-participating malls or at Go Royal participating hotels and restaurants.
    3. To earn points at The Point partners (including YATA, SmarTone and Go Royal), The Point Gold members must link their accounts with the partner accounts.   8. General terms
    1. The Point reserves the right to determine changes in membership levels and to revoke related rewards without prior notice.
    2. The Point retains the absolute right to change or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
    3. In the following cases of ineligibility for earning points, The Point has the right to deduct the remaining points from the member’s account and to cancel or determine the member’s eligibility without prior notice:
      1. Points earned through any fraudulent or deceptive acts;
      2. Points related to cancelled transactions; and
      3. Incorrectly issued points
    4. If a member has used points or rewards obtained in ineligible ways, The Point has the right to pursue recovery of all losses from such individuals and retains the right to take legal action. Such individuals cannot dispute this arrangement.
    5. Registration for points is subject to the terms and conditions of “Registering Points”.     6. Registration activity consumption receipts can simultaneously be used to redeem the permanent parking discounts at participating malls (subject to the parking discount terms at each participating mall).     7. In case of any disputes, Sun Hung Kai Properties and the participating malls reserve the final decision-making authority.
